The Belleville Chamber of Commerce has its new CEO.
The Chamber announced today that Jill Raycroft has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective February 6th.
Raycroft, who ran for mayor of Bellevile in the last municipal election, replaces retiring CEO Bill Saunders.
A Chamber press release states Raycroft has a strong business background and a wide range of community experiences, including her most recent role as Executive Director of the revived Children’s Safety Village.
The Chamber has also announced some changes to its 2017 Board of Directors.
Derrick Morgan of the Business Development Bank of Canada, has been elected Chamber Board President.
Rene Veillette of Hannon Systems will serve as 1st VP and Jon Tuer from Wilkinson and Compnay is 2nd VP.
