The Port Hope Panthers continued to roll last night, beating the Campbellford Rebels 5-0 for their 28th straight victory.
Adam McCormack was shelled in net, but stood tall, stopping 57 of 62 shots in the loss.
Shots favoured Port Hope 62-7.
Campbellford falls to 0-26 on the season.
The Rebels will head to Amherstview tonight to face the Jets for a 7:30 p.m. puck drop. Also, the Napanee Raiders will take on the Gananoque Islanders on the road in the other Provincial Junior C game. 7 p.m. is game time.
Meanwhile in the OJHL, the Wellington Dukes will hit the highway en route to Toronto to face the St. Michael’s Buzzers for a 2 p.m. matinee. CJBQ will have the broadcast starting at 1:50 with David Foot for Prinzen Ford Sales of Bloomfield.
And the East division leading Trenton Golden Hawks are also away from home tonight, they will take on their rivals, the Whitby Fury starting at 7:30.
