2016 was about planning, 2017 will be for implementation in Trent Hills.
Mayor Hector Macmillan says bridges, roads and other infrastructure need to get going.
Macmillan says he does not know a municipality that does not need infrastructure work or funding.
Macmillan says they will look to the Small Communities Fund to help make it happen.
He says the capital work does not stop there either.
