A Napanee man is in for a bail hearing in a Belleville courtroom following the theft of a large quantity of cigarettes from a business on Wallbridge-Loyalist Road last night (Thursday).
Video surveillance cameras photographed a suspect as well as his vehicle during the alleged theft.
The incident occurred around 9 o’clock and later Napanee OPP officers spotted the vehicle leaving the 401 at Napanee.
A 38 year old man was arrested and turned over to Belleville police who charged him with break, enter, and theft and breach of probation.
