Tyendinaga Township is looking at 2017 as a little bit of a leaner year, that according to Reeve Rick Phillips.
Phillips says vehicle purchases will trump the next 12 months.
He adds that road reconstruction will also be part of the upcoming year as well.
In 2016, the municipality completed work on Deseronto and Shannon Roads and also had a resurfacing on Old Highway 2, along with an upgrade to the CP Rail crossing on Weese Road.
