OPP have identified an Apsley man as the victim of a fatal crash in Port Hope on Christmas Eve.
Officers were called to a single vehicle crash on Grist Mill Road in Port Hope, just before 8:30, where they found a heavily damaged Ford pick-up truck which had hit a tree.
Three people were inside the truck and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the two passengers were taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre with serious injuries.
The driver has been identified as 34 year-old James Rodney Snider, of Apsley, while the identities of the passengers were not released.
There’s also been no update on their conditions or what led to the crash.
