A man will stand trial next year for the murder of his estranged wife near Windsor.
A provincial court official says 50-year-old Scott Quick of Brighton has been committed to trial on a charge of first-degree murder.
The case will move to Superior Court on January 6th, although a trial date has yet to be set.
Forty-year-old Nancy Quick was struck by a hit and run driver in 2006 outside a school in Emeryville, near Windsor, and she died five days later of her injuries in a Detroit hospital.
