Mother nature is giving us the coldest temperatures of winter so far.
At 4:00 a.m. Friday, the mercury was at -23, and with the wind chill, it was -27.
We almost broke a temperature record from 1943 Thursday, as we reached -21.3, however 73 years ago, it was -22.2.
Friday’s record is -26.7.
It will warm up dramatically through the next day, as Saturday’s high is 4.
