It’s the Christmas gift that keeps on giving.
On Wednesday, Proctor and Gamble donated just over $522,000 to the United Way of Hastings and Prince Edward’s $2.1 million goal.
The funds go to support over 75 programs throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties.
Director of Donor Relations and Development Curt Flewelling says this donation will add $300,000 on to their bottom line and give them a nice boost.
Last year P&G donated $520,000.
The campaign ends on December 31 and with Wednesday’s donation United Way will be closing in on $1.7 million.
