A joint investigation between various OPP units and the Belleville Police drug team has led to charges against a Toronto man.
Officers made an arrest in Kingston, just before 6:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, seizing heroin, fentanyl powder, marijuana, cash, cell phones and packing material.
As a result, 33 year-old Kyle Christopher Alexander was charged with trafficking heroin and other drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of property obtained by crime and three counts of breaching recognizance.
He was held for a bail hearing, which was scheduled for Belleville Court today.
