The Municipality of Centre Hastings has received good news.
The amount of money coming from the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund is going up by $75,000 in 2017.
That means Centre Hastings will receive a total of just over one and a half million dollars from the provincial government next year.
That amount is close to half of the total collected each year from local taxpayers.
