A Quinte West OPP cruiser was damaged in the pursuit of a vehicle late last night.
Police tried to stop a vehicle on Dixon Drive in Trenton around 11:30, but the driver wouldn’t
pull over.
The vehicle headed east ending up on Curtis Road and then crossed RCAF Road and crashed
through a fence at CFB Trenton.
A suspect took off on foot.
During the chase, an OPP cruiser was involved in a collision, causing about $4,000 damage.
Emergency response officers were called in along with a K9 unit but the suspect could not be located.
