The Belleville Chamber of Commerce hosted their monthly breakfast Wednesday at the Belleville Travelodge and the topic of discussion was the universal language, music.
CEO of Music Canada Graham Henderson was the guest speaker, who discussed numerous topics, including make a city a music city.
Henderson says the city has to play its part to help music and musicians.
Henderson says it’s not just about big theatres, but a vibrant music scene.
He says Austin Texas is a great example.
