There are some plans to construct new businesses behind the bowling alley, just off Highway 62 in Belleville.
At Monday’s Planning Committee meeting, members will look at a proposal to change land zoned developmental, into highway commercial, for the creation of an auto parts warehouse.
There would also be a proposal before the committee for a day nursery in the same area.
The request for the auto parts site is 1.6 hectares, while the day nursery would be 2.94 hectares.
The area is north east of the new Settler’s Ridge subdivision, just off Maitland Drive.
Belleville’s Planning Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Build Belleville office.
