The City of Belleville and staff with the Belleville Senators are calling it a win for all involved.
On Wednesday, many details on the loan and lease agreement were released, highlighting the deal, which brought the AHL to Quinte.

It is eight years, with a team option for five more, with the first three years rent free.
Mayor Taso Christopher says details on the loan were not released due to the non-disclosure agreement.
Christopher says the city wins with the economic spinoff.
Senators Vice President Roger Lajoie says both owner Eugene Melnyk and the city came out winners.
Concession and advertising revenue inside the Yardmen, along with rink naming rights will go to the team.
The projected economic impact on Belleville is estimated around $15 million.
