The Belleville Sens and the municipality have released most details on the Lease, License and Loan Agreement

Councillor Jack Miller says the city did make concessions, but it is a good deal for both sides.
Councillor Mitch Panciuk says he is happy to see the details released.
Councillor Paul Carr agrees he is pleased to see the summary released.
Carr recently asked staff for a report on the ways in which the City can enhance uses of the Yardmen.
Councillor Garnet Thompson was part of the negotiation team and says the product and the deal are solid.
