A former Wellington Duke and draft pick of the Belleville Bulls, is heading to Kingston and the Ontario Hockey League.
The Kingston Frontenacs have announced a deal with the Hamilton Bulldogs (former Belleville Bulls) to acquire Josh Supryka, in exchange for a 10th round pick.
Supryka grabbed 45 points in 95 games with Wellington, before joining Canisius College in the NCAA last year.
Frontenacs Coach Paul McFarland says Supryka is a hard working player who wants to make it to the “next level”.
His father Jason Supryka is an Assistant Coach with the Fronts and was also an Assistant Coach for many years in Belleville.
