Napanee OPP have charged a 55-year-old man with assault.
On Saturday morning, OPP responded to an incident where it’s alleged a 29 year old woman was assaulted.
As a result Gerald McCauley was charged. He was released with a promise to appear in Napanee court on December 6.
The victim did not sustain serious injuries.
