On October 29th 2016 officers from the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a disturb the peace call on Bridge Street in Napanee.
The caller reported numerous people yelling outside and one male was running around with a baseball bat calling on others to fight.
When officers arrived on scene a male was outside pacing back and forth on the roof.
Once he observed police he began yelling at them.
The officers were able to get the male inside the residence, however he was resistant and confrontational with police.
37 year old Corey Maxwell of Napanee was arrested and charged with Cause Disturbance, Breach of Probation, and Utterance of Threats.
Another male, 54 year old John Clark of Napanee was also arrested for Cause Disturbance. No injuries were sustained. Both males were held in custody for attendance in bail court on October 30, 2016.
