A Kingston man has been charged, after a driver was discovered with illegal cigarettes in his car.
On Monday, Napanee OPP were conducting a RIDE program at Highway 401 and Highway 49.
Officers noticed 1,000 unmarked cigarettes in five plastic bags in the car.
The driver was charged with possessing unmarked cigarettes.
