Phase 2 of Belleville’s downtown revitalization is nearing completion and it cannot come soon enough for some businesses.
The final stage of the 2016 work is just weeks away and the staff at Nice Ice Baby Ice Cream are excited to see what the work will look like.
Manager Shawneen Fenton says the shop is excited about Victoria Avenue re-opening.
Fenton says despite having fewer customers recently, the work is much needed.
Construction crews plan to see completion before the Santa Claus parade.
