The OPP have arrested a Fenelon Falls man in connection with the death and disappearance of a Bowmanville man over a year ago.
47 year old David Palmer was last seen in early October of last year and his abandoned car was found near a trail just outside Haliburton.
His remains were discovered near Haliburton last May.
OPP have charged William Savage with first degree murder.
