The Canadian Hockey League has released its national top 20 ranking and one again the Trenton Golden Hawks are on the list. They sit at number 13 and are just one of three OJHL teams on the list, with Georgetown and Cobourg also listed.
Meantime a great rivalry will get going once again this week. For the first time this year, the battle of Quinte will commence. The Wellington Dukes and GHawks meet on Friday night in Trenton, at 7:30 p.m
The Dukes have some bragging rights of their own. Their top two scorers, are also the top scorers for the entire OJHL. Brayden Stortz and Nicholas Mucci are sitting one two, with 40 & 34 points respectively. Liam Morgan and Lucas Brown for Trenton are also in the top 10. Wellington goaltender Connor Ryckman has been a huge reason for the Dukes success. He sits third in Goals Against Average ( 2.07), 4th in Save Percentage (937) and 2nd in saves ( 517).
