A long serving former paramedic and interim head of Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Services, John O’Donnell, has thrown his hat in to the ring to represent the Progressive Conservative Party in the 2018 provincial election.
O’Donnell will run for the party’s nomination in Hastings-Lennox and Addington riding.
O’Donnell recently retired after working close to 40 years with the local emergency services.
In his career, he has worked with all three levels of government and has volunteered with numerous organizations in the community.
John O’Donnell joins Daryl Kramp and Tracy McGibbon in the race to become the riding’s conservative candidate.
