There is a bench warrant out for a County man facing weapons and driving offenses from early September.
A Belleville Police officer saw a speeder on Bridge Street West near Sidney Street on September 8th.
The driver was passing other vehicles in oncoming lanes.
Officers stopped the suspect on Graham Street, but then the driver took off.
He was stopped again and charged.
A taser was discovered in his backpack.
Court officials say 22 year old Liam Burns was to appear in court October 13th, but failed to show.
