Hastings County council is on side big time with Belleville council’s decision to do a major upgrade to the Yardmen arena plus other investments to bring in an American Hockey League team.
At its regular meeting Monday, Belleville council will see a letter from the Warden of Hastings County, Rick Phillips.
The letter congratulates Belleville council for forward and innovative thinking, and thanks council for investing to bring in the Belleville Senators, saying the move will have an incredibly positive impact on the region’s economy.
