Construction crews hit a gas line on Sidney Street in Belleville Monday morning.
Belleville police constable Warren McCann says that around 9:30 a.m. crews hit an underground natural gas line, however the situation was quickly resolved within an hour.
McCann explains traffic was blocked from Maple Street to Tracey Park Drive while natural gas crews worked.
No one was injured in the incident.
