Patrick Brown was the guest speaker Wednesday afternoon for the Quinte West & Belleville Chamber Luncheon at the Ramada in Trenton.
The leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario (and Leader of the Opposition) talked to local business leaders and supporters about numerous topics, including rural Ontario, health care and the fact that Ontario is a have not province.
He also pointed to red tape, hydro, filling job positions, the labour market, education, the 401 and more.
The debt of the province was a topic of great concern according to Brown.
