Downtown Belleville has been a mine field this summer, a very, very busy place.
Workers have torn up the street from Victoria Avenue to Bridge Street, along with Campbell and Victoria as well.
The good news is that most of Front Street has re-opened to traffic and Campbell Street too.

Christopher says Phase 2 will be done before the start of winter, which will fully re-open the downtown for holiday shopping.
