A 19 year-old man from Picton has been charged by OPP after he was caught going through a metal recycling facility on a County Road 25.
Officers were called to the scrap yard in North Marysburgh, after reports of a break and enter in progress.
The found Jessey Lawrence Adams and charged him with one count each of attempted break and enter with intent and trespassing at night.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on November 16th.
