The plant is usually harvested around the time of the year’s first frost.
Police are asking people who spend time outdoors, to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and have put out some signs to tell if something sketchy is going on.
If you’re in remote areas and come across things like tools, watering or gardening supplies, plastic bottles, camouflage netting, or radios.
