Disturbances
Belleville, Ontario – On October 2nd, 2016 at 2:40 a.m. police attended at a Front Street tavern in relation to a patron who was refusing to leave. A 44-year old Belleville man was arrested under the Trespass to Property Act for failing to leave premises when directed. He was issued a provincial offence notice for this offence as well as for being intoxicated in a public place.
On October 2nd, 2016 at 3:15 a.m. police attended at a disturbance at a North Front Street bar. A 26-year old Belleville man was arrested for his own protection under the Liquor Licence Act. He was issued a provincial offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place.
