The Belleville Police Service responded to calls for service between 30 September 2016 at 5:00 a.m. and 01 October 2016 at 5:00 a.m.
Warrants
At 6:00 p.m. on September 30th 2016, Police responded to a disturbance call on Front Street. A male was screaming and kicking at passing cars. The male was arrested for public intoxication and later found to be wanted for failing to appear in court. 37 year old Isaac Richmond of Belleville was released and will appear in Belleville Court in November.
Impaired Driving
At 8:00 p.m. on September 30th, 2016, Police observed a vehicle swerving and driving with no lights on, in the city’s east end. The driver was arrested and later charged with impaired driving and over 80. 51 year old Ernest Spanton of Shannonville will appear in a Belleville court later this month.
