Belleville police were called about a possible impaired driver in the area
of Bell Boulevard and North Front last night (Friday).
Officers caught up to a driver on College Street East soon after.
There they arrested a 36 year old Picton man for impaired driving.
His blood alcohol level was over 3 times the legal limit.
Meanwhile, there was some action at a downtown Belleville bar early this morning.
City police, firefighters and ambulance personnel responded to the bar after 2 o’clock
this morning.
One man had to be treated for head injuries after an altercation.
