A Brighton builder, and Quinte Home Builders Association member is putting up some of the best designed homes in all of Canada.
Tobey Developments recently won a pair of awards at the Ontario Home Builders Association Awards of Distinction, for best bungalow design and best custom home under 3,000 square feet.
Owner Steven Tobey tells Quinte News, the bungalow design actually picked up a Canadian Home Builders Association award as well.
And Tobey describes what’s so desirable about the design.
