Belleville Public Library will shut down Tuesday morning while water service in the area is shut off for Build Belleville construction.
Library CEO Trevor Pross says it’s a matter of health and safety.

The library will be closed for the morning, until 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
Pross says borrowed items may be returned in the outside “return slots” during the shutdown.
