Quinte West OPP have laid charges, after a stop early Saturday morning.
Just after midnight, officers stopped the driver on Fraser Drive in Trenton and determined the driver was impaired.
They say he also did not have insurance.
23 year old Jamie McCumber has been charged with over 80 milligrams and having no insurance.
He is in court September 29th.
