Stirling-Rawdon police are releasing more details about a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck that happened on Springbrook Road yesterday morning.
Both vehicles were traveling eastbound at the time of the crash, the truck was towing a hay wagon.
The motorcyclist, a 22-year-old man was transported to Campbellford Memorial Hospital and then airlifted to Kingston General Hospital with critical injuries.
The 69-year-old driver of the pickup and this 45-year-old passenger were unhurt.
The roadway was closed for about 12 hours for investigation which is ongoing and no determination of charges has been made.
