The Mayor of Quinte West says they have big plans for some big dollars being handed down by the province.
MPP Lou Rinaldi announced infrastructure funding of more than $17 million, which will go to several communities in Northumberland, along with Quinte West.
Jim Harrison says they are getting more than $9 million ($9,045,879), which will be broken down over three years.
Harrison says they will look at using the cash on rural roads, the new fire hall and the new water waster plant.
