The left lane of the eastbound 401 is blocked, after a vehicle rolled into the ditch late this morning.
It happened around 11:45 near Palace Road at Napanee.
Officials say the vehicle rolled multiple times and ended up in the ditch.
Fellow motorists stopped to help at least one person inside.
No other details are known at this time.
