Labour Day weekend at Brighton Speedway began with a full grandstand and 85 cars signed in for Saturday night’s program that included the Southern Ontario Sprints. Dylan Westbrook of Oakland Ontario won his third straight S.O.S. series race at Brighton.
In the regular feature races, Wooler’s Curtis King led from the pole to the finish line in the “Canadian Modified”.
Rossmore’s Justin Ramsay drove to victory lane for the 7th time this season to take the “Pro Stock” feature.
Tyler French of Belleville padded his lead in the “Comp 4” division with a win in the 15 lap main event.
And Corbyville’s Mark MacDonald and Willy Bulten of Trenton earned “Stingers” victories.
