The Chief Financial Officer for Quinte Health Care says the government’s going to step up to pay for day surgeries for TMH.
Last week, Health Minister Doctor Eric Hoskins announced a health hub for Quinte West and also promised that day surgeries would not move to Belleville General.

Harrington says it will mean some big dollars in savings.
The next board meeting for QHC is at Trenton Memorial Hospital September 27th.
