It was the County’s first rodeo and if a pair of sisters have their way it will be the last.
Thursday Annette McIntosh and Angela Lammes addressed the committee of the whole asking for the municipality to cease from hosting for animal cruelty reasons.
McIntosh says they protested the 2-day event (July 23 and 24) that saw thousands in attendance because in their opinion it treats animals poorly.
The committee accepted both of their deputations.
