Renovations continue at the former Zellers property on Bell Boulevard in Belleville.
The Rhino Sports and Play facility is moving in this fall and will feature an ice pad three quarters the size of regulation.
Uens says whether or not the Yardmen Arena undergoes renovations, there is still a shortage of local ice time.
He says we need more ice time and this will be great for three on three and development for youngsters.
Uens expects it to be open by the start of November.
