Northumberland OPP are looking for a suspect, who they say robbed a convenience store in Colborne last night.
Officers were called to the Mr. Convenience, on Toronto Street, around 10:00 p.m. last night and were told a lone man, who was wearing a white mask, entered the store and flashed what looked like the butt of a handgun in his waistband.
An employee told investigators the man demanded money, which was handed over and he then ran from the store.
A search by the Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit came up empty, so police are turning to the public for more information.
The suspect is described as a thin, white man, about 6’0” and was wearing ripped blue jeans, a black Ecko hooded sweater over a red shirt, with blue and white running shoes.
Anyone with information can call Northumberland OPP or Crimestoppers.
