Saturday night will be an evening many Canadians will remember for years to come.
The Tragically Hip performed the last show of their Man Machine Poem Tour.
Jennifer Howell and her husband Mike live in Trenton and were 2 of the 6,000+ at the rink for the final show.
Howell says before the concert got going, memories were made.
Tracey Davis and her husband Brett are from Wooler and had a chance to see the second last show in Ottawa.
Tracey Davis says they went to the Mustang Drive Inn Saturday night for the final show.
Brett Davis says the tour has been special.
Numerous sites throughout Quinte showcased what many are calling Gord Downie’s final concert.
More than 11 million tuned in for at least a portion of the CBC broadcast.
