The driver of an SUV was injured in an accident north of Tweed earlier this morning.
Shortly after 3 o’clock, the vehicle left Highway 37, near Gallagher Road, rolling and ending up upside down in a ditch quite a distance from the highway.
The driver, a female, was trapped inside.
OPP, Emergency Services Paramedics, and Tweed firefighters responded.
Firefighters managed to extricate her from the vehicle and she was taken to Belleville General by ambulance with unknown injuries.
