The Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment will be closed for approximately one week starting at midnight on Sunday August 21st, 2016.
During this time the public will not be able to access the detachment for any administrative matters.
Anyone that needs to pick up completed criminal record checks is asked to do so before Monday.
Anyone needing to complete a criminal record check can either wait to access the Quinte West Detachment after renovations are complete or they can attend neighbouring OPP Detachments.
There is an emergency phone that will still be available on the front exterior of the building 24 hours a day.
After renovations are completed the office will again be accessible by the public 24 hours a day.
