Break and Enter- Commercial
Belleville, Ont. – On the 18th of August 2016 at 8:20 a.m., Belleville Police investigated a break and enter to a commercial premise on Putnam Road. Sometime overnight unknown person(s) entered the business and removed a quantity of motorcycle and off road parts. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Belleville Police or Quinte Crime Stoppers.
Missing Person- Youth
Belleville, Ont. – On the 18th of August 2016 at 10:56 a.m., Belleville Police investigated a missing youth. Mackenzie Reid, 17 yrs was last seen on Tracey Park Drive at 7:30 a.m. She is described as female Caucasian 5’6”, 110 lbs, black hair, unknown clothing and carrying a back pack. Anyone with information about this missing youth is asked to contact Belleville Police.
Stolen Vehicle
Belleville, Ontario- On the 18th of August 2016 at 11:18 a.m., Belleville Police investigated the theft of a truck. Investigation revealed that a 1986 GMC truck had been parked at a commercial premise on Station Street. The vehicle was last observed parked on Monday. Sometime since then someone removed the vehicle. The vehicle was un-plated and is described as black with a yellow bottom. Disturbance-
Belleville, Ont. On the 18th of August 2016 at 10:39 Belleville Police responded to a disturbance at a Sidney Street apartment building. Officers located an intoxicated male who had been banging on doors. A 30 yr old male from Kingston was arrested and investigation revealed he was on court imposed released conditions not to consume alcohol. He was held for a bail hearing and charged with breaching a recognizance.
