It feels like the same old story writing itself.
Yet again Belleville Council has called an open meeting to discuss arena renovations to the Yardmen and yet again that meeting will not happen.
The meeting was to discuss an $18.5 million proposal for work to the former home of the Belleville Bulls.
No reason has been given for why the meeting has been cancelled or whether it will be rescheduled.
Legally the city must give 24 hours public notice before a meeting will be held.
